Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in: Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering, Evidence Lifecycle Management
- Experience as Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering.
- Strong experience in Electronic Trading / Markets Technology Support, Payments / transaction processing platforms
- Proven experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems in fast-paced environments
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems
- Support the production operation of digital asset platforms, including wallets, blockchain nodes, and transaction processing systems
- Ensure high availability and reliability of systems supporting digital asset lifecycle management and transaction flows
- Provide L2/L3 support for incident, problem, and change management, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement
- Monitor system healthSupport and monitor digital asset platforms, blockchain nodes, wallet infrastructure,



and transaction systems;drive automation, observability, resilience, and platform stability in a mission-critical environment

Technical Skills:
- Experience with one or more: Java, Python, Go, or similar
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Experience with databases (Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis)
- Strong experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)

Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Exposure to blockchain / digital assets / crypto platforms
- Understanding of: Distributed systems and consensus models; Public/private key cryptography; Blockchain protocols (Bitcoin, Ethereum)
- Experience running or interacting with blockchain nodes or RPC endpoints
- Candidate should be flexible working in any shifts, including night shifts.
