About the Role

Tity Property is looking for an experienced and relationship-focused Property Acquisition & Relationship Executive to expand the company's property inventory and build strong relationships with property owners, agents, builders, developers, and other real estate stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying properties, acquiring quality listings, verifying property information, onboarding property owners and partners, and ensuring continuous engagement with the Tity Property ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market, excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and proven experience in property acquisition or real estate business development.

- Conduct property acquisition activities through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and market visits.
- Build a strong pipeline of available properties.
- Negotiate listing terms and commercial arrangements where applicable.

2. Property Owner & Partner Relationships
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and real estate partners.
- Regularly communicate with property owners regarding property availability and requirements.
- Understand owner expectations, pricing, location, property specifications, and transaction requirements.
- Act as the primary relationship point for assigned property owners and partners.
- Maintain high levels of partner satisfaction and engagement.

3. Property Verification & Listing
