Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled GeM Bidding Executive to manage end-to-end government tendering and procurement activities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other public procurement portals. The candidate will be responsible for bid identification, participation, documentation, vendor coordination, and successful execution of government business opportunities. 1
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and identify relevant opportunities on GeM, CPPP and other government procurement portals.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within defined timelines.
Manage GeM catalogue creation, product listings and category management.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, internal teams and customers for bid documentation and order execution.
Handle bid participation, tender analysis, compliance checks and contract documentation.
Build relationships with government departments and key stakeholders.
Resolve marketplace,
transaction and grievance-related issues on GeM.
Support order fulfilment, payment follow-ups and post-award activities.
Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in GeM Portal Operations.
Expertise in Government Tendering Bid Management.
Knowledge of CPPP/e-Procurement portals.
Vendor/OEM coordination and stakeholder management.
Strong documentation, negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred Background
Experience in IT Hardware, Solar, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Government Services sectors.
MBA/Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
