About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented FP&A; professional to support budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business performance tracking. The role will work closely with finance and business teams to ensure accurate reporting and provide analytical support for decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
- Track revenue, cost, margins, and working capital metrics.
- Assist in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and profitability analysis.
- Work with business teams to understand performance drivers and cost structures.
- Support preparation of management presentations and review decks.




- Ensure data accuracy by coordinating with accounting and operations teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities in reporting and analysis.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- CA with minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience or CMA with 45 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L;, BS, Cash Flow)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights
- Valuable communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
