Requirements
- 0-2 year of skilled experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of data processing, file handling, databases, system interfaces, or integration concepts.
- Academic, internship, or project exposure to Java, SQL, Linux, XML, JSON, CSV, REST APIs, SOAP services, or scripting would be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of data transformation, validation, filtering, aggregation, enrichment, and routing.
- Interest in working with high-volume usage, event, or transaction data.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to understand data structures, identify inconsistencies, and document processing rules.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications usage records, utility meter readings, digital-service events, IoT data, or transaction records would be beneficial.
- Exposure to SAP technologies, integration platforms, middleware,



or mediation tools would be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence would be beneficial.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with functional and technical teams.
- Willingness to undertake structured SAP training and technical capability development.

Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP *Convergent Mediation* implementation, support, testing, and enhancement activities.
- Learn how SAP *Convergent Mediation* collects, validates, transforms, enriches, aggregates, and distributes data.
- Assist in documenting source-system formats, target-system requirements, mapping rules, and validation rules.
- Support the configuration and testing of mediation workflows, collection processes, transformation steps, and routing logic.
