Key Responsibilities
- Internet research, building a database.
- Management of prospective customer database.
- Tele-marketing/email marketing activities and support in tele-marketing.
- Assessing if there is a need for our services and sending out appropriate email with required information.
- Provide research inputs for marketing team to create marketing strategy.
- Compiling pre-sales material as and when required
- Generating Sales Leads/ Appointments
- Understanding client requirements/queries and coordinating additional information sought - sending the same to client
- Coordinating signing of NDA etc




- Liaising with internal teams for any follow up required - COO, HR, finance etc

Should have absolutely no hesitation in picking up the phone and chatting with people on the contrary should be energised by it.
- Skilled at understanding nuances linked to human behaviour and communication.
