About The Role
The technical instructor will be responsible for classroom and virtual delivery of Kong technical training. You will be working at a hectic and fast-paced startup as a member of the education team.
This team is responsible for creating and delivering both online and instructor-led training to Kong customers and partners.
Above all, you’ll be acting as a stellar teammate for the rest of Kong.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with a diverse team of people from all over the world
- Deliver in-person and virtual instructor-led training offerings to diverse audiences including engineers, solutions architects, managers and operations personnel
- Managing training sessions, addressing any issues that arise and keeping learners on track
- Developing and optimizing curricula and associated training materials to support our internal and external training needs
- Analyzing customer training requirements
- Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
