Role Description
The Business Head is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Guwahati, responsible for driving overall business performance and growth for Joyshree Powerol. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies; overseeing channel and direct sales as well as operations; and ensuring strong customer relationships in the DG and power solutions market. The role involves managing budgets, setting and tracking revenue targets,



and optimising processes to improve profitability and efficiency. The Business Head will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, coordinate with OEM partners such as Mahindra Powerol, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. This position requires regular market analysis, decision-making on new business opportunities, and representation of the company with key clients and stakeholders.
