Looking for B.Tech. Mechanical Fresher to join our Production Engineering or Engineering department.

Requirements

1. B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) (Full time) Pass out Batch 2025 / 2026.
2. Have 0-1 years of experience.
3. Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and application.
4. Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
5. Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.

Roles and responsibility
- Conduct process studies and support development of manufacturing processes for new products.
- Participate in design reviews and review past failures to incorporate lessons learned into recent processes.
- Assist in line layout finalization, process drawings and preparation of Standard Operation Sheets.
- Support production preparation, sample making and assist in equipment selection, investigation and procurement.
- Work on standardization and rationalization initiatives to improve cost, quality and process efficiency.
- Support new projects and process tightening/improvement in existing production lines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, R&D;/Design and other relevant departments during project implementation.
