About the Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and result-oriented Business Development Executive with relevant experience in IT Sales / Business Development.

The ideal candidate should be excellent at communication, comfortable speaking with clients, capable of conducting meetings, generating leads, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential clients and develop a strong sales pipeline.




- Conduct and manage client meetings to understand business requirements and present suitable IT solutions/services.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Convert leads and prospects into successful business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Contribute actively to overall business growth and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
- Candidates with relevant IT internship/project experience involving sales, lead generation, client interaction, or business development may also be considered.
