Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects using AutomationEdge s RPA platform.
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Manage project resources efficiently, including allocation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues,
proactively implementing strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting communication and knowledge sharing among project team members.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with AutomationEdge s project management methodologies and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in RPA and automation technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT or automation projects.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
