About SlotNPlay

SlotNPlay is a sports-tech platform that helps players easily book turfs online without calling. We are building a seamless booking experience for football, cricket, pickleball, and other sports while helping turf owners manage and grow their business digitally.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern who wants to gain real-world experience in sales, client communication, and turf onboarding in the sports industry.

What You’ll Do

* Research and identify potential turf owners and sports facilities.

* Connect with turf owners through phone calls and explain SlotNPlay services.

* Onboard turfs onto the SlotNPlay platform.

* Understand turf owner requirements and identify opportunities for collaboration.

* Maintain and update turf and lead information in CRM/Google Sheets.





* Follow up with turf owners and maintain regular communication.

* Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and listing.

* Assist in explaining platform benefits, offers, and features to turf owners.

* Track calls, responses, onboardings, and conversions.

* Learn and implement different sales and onboarding strategies.

What We’re Looking For

* Students, freshers, or candidates looking to start a career in Sales / Business Development / Sports Industry.

* Strong interest in sports (football, cricket, etc.).

* Good verbal communication skills (key for phone calls).

* Confidence to speak with new people.

* Basic understanding of business and communication.

* Willingness to learn and take initiative.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Comfortable with calling and client interaction.

Experience: 0–1 year
