Role Description
The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India. This role involves managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and services. Responsibilities include preparing briefs, tracking project progress, maintaining status reports, and following up on feedback to refine ongoing work.



The Client Servicing Executive will assist in presentations, support brand and marketing initiatives, handle basic documentation, and help resolve issues to maintain solid client relationships. The role also includes supporting event and campaign execution as needed and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for clients at every touchpoint.

Qualifications
- Client relationship and account management skills, including the ability to understand client needs and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in clear written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including project tracking, time management, and attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.
