Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based in Hyderabad. The Reporter will gather, verify, and write news and feature stories related to the company’s activities, insurance sector developments, and customer-focused initiatives. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, attending internal and external events, monitoring industry news, and preparing clear, accurate, and engaging reports for internal publications, digital channels, and multimedia formats. The role involves collaborating with communications, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely dissemination of information. The Reporter will also support content planning, maintain ethical reporting standards, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications
- Strong Reporting and News Writing skills, with the ability to gather facts, verify information, and produce clear, concise stories.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities, including interviewing,



drafting articles, and adapting content for different audiences.
- Basic Multimedia skills such as working with photos, short videos, or digital content tools to enhance storytelling.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and adherence to ethical and non-discriminatory reporting standards.
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in basic office and digital publishing tools; knowledge of social media platforms for news dissemination is beneficial.
