Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day civil site execution and labour coordination.
- Handle RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, blockwork and plastering.
- Coordinate with client engineers and resolve routine site issues independently.
- Read drawings and check levels, dimensions and workmanship.
- Plan manpower/material requirements and monitor progress and quality.
- Prepare daily reports and support measurements/billing.
Required Skills: RCC, Site Execution, Labour Management, Client Coordination, AutoCAD, Auto Level and MS Excel.
Preferred: Industrial/commercial construction experience with positive communication, discipline and ownership.
