Job Responsibilities

Coordinate daily service, installation, maintenance and breakdown activities for medical equipment.

· Receive and record customer service requests and complaints.

· Coordinate with Service Engineers, Customers, Hospitals, Diagnostic Centres and Vendors.

· Schedule engineers for installation, preventive maintenance and breakdown visits.

· Maintain service reports, job cards, AMC records and equipment/service history.

· Follow up on pending service complaints and ensure timely closure.

· Prepare service-related MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation.

· Coordinate with the Sales, Operations and Accounts teams for service requirements.

· Handle customer communication and provide regular service status updates.





Requirements

· Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline.

· 2–5 years of experience in Service Coordination, Medical Equipment, Hospital Equipment or Healthcare industry preferred.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and email communication.

· Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities.

· Candidates with experience in medical equipment service coordination will be preferred.
