Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst D365 F&O; Finance Functional with 3.5 to 4+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing finance processes, conducting client workshops, configuring D365 F&O; Finance modules, preparing functional documentation, and supporting implementation, testing, and production activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct business process and Fit-Gap analysis and recommend appropriate D365 F&O; solutions.
- Work on D365 F&O; Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management, Taxation, Project management, Inventory and Costing.
- Configure and set up D365 F&O; Finance modules based on business requirements.




- Prepare BRD, FRD, FDD, Functional Specifications, User Manuals, and other functional documents.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Coordinate with technical teams for development, integration, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test cases and support defect resolution.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and go-live activities.
- Handle change requests and provide functional impact analysis.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live functional support.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3.54+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O; Finance Functional.
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O; Finance modules and accounting processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, and functional
