Job Overview:

We're looking for an experienced GTM Lead to build and own Sneakare's B2B business, largely from scratch. The mandate starts with two known pillars — brand collaborations and corporate gifting — and extends to identifying and standing up whatever other B2B channels make sense for the brand (distribution/wholesale, hospitality, institutional bulk orders, etc.). This is a strategy-plus-execution role:



you'll define the B2B GTM plan with the Founder, then build and run the pipeline yourself in the early stages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Gifting:

• Build a pipeline of corporate clients (HR/admin/procurement teams) for bulk/festive/onboarding gifting orders

• Own pricing, packaging, and proposal templates for corporate orders, including customization options

• Manage the deal cycle from pitch to contract to delivery, coordinating with ops/warehouse on fulfillment timelines

• Build repeat relationships aimed at annual/recurring gifting contracts rather than one-off orders

2. Brand Collaborations:

• Identify and pitch co-branded product or campaign opportunities with complementary brands

• Negotiate collaboration terms (commercials, exclusivity, timelines) and manage the partnership through to launch

• Work with marketing/product on execution — packaging, launch content, and joint pro
