Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Head LAP and Business Loans to lead and drive the MSME Lending business across a designated Region. The role is responsible for achieving business growth through effective leadership of sales teams, branch channels, DSAs, connectors, and strategic partners. The incumbent will be accountable for driving sourcing, sanctions, and disbursements of secured mortgage products, including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and MSME Loans, while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the overall MSME Loans business for the assigned region.

Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Managers, Area Managers, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Drive sourcing, sanctions, and disbursements of Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, and other secured mortgage products.

Develop and expand DSA, connector, builder, and channel partner networks across the state.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, developers, and branch teams,



to maximize business opportunities.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Monitor branch-wise and region-wise productivity and implement corrective action plans wherever required.

Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase market share within the state.

Collaborate closely with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Risk teams to ensure faster turnaround time and superior customer experience.

Review sales performance, conversion ratios, pipeline, and productivity through regular business reviews.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and credit processes.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams to build a robust leadership pipeline.

Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to formulate effective business strategies.
