Role Overview
The
Associate Planner – Partner Incentive Strategy & Governance
supports the planning, tracking, and governance of partner incentive programs across Target Plus.

This role works closely with Marketplace Planning, Partner Management, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to manage incentive scorecards, track goal performance, support calculation accuracy, document governance routines, and provide transparency into incentive performance and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Incentive Planning & Performance Tracking




- Own development and maintenance of partner incentive scorecards and performance views.
- Track performance against incentive goals and highlight risks, opportunities, and exceptions.
- Assist in maintaining incentive calculation logic, metric definitions, and supporting documentation.
- Incentive Governance & Accuracy
- Monitor incentive performance and support regular QA routines to improve calculation accuracy.
- Manage documentation for metric refreshes, approvals, exceptions, and sign-off processes.
- Identify drivers of variance, calculation discrepancies, and process gaps requiring review or escalation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Partner Management, Services, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to align on incentive priorities, metrics, and timelines.
