We are hiring a Business Development Executive – IT Sales for our Indore office.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, promoting ZealImpact’s IT services, building business partnerships, and handling the complete sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, online research, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other outreach channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Pitch relevant IT services including website development, mobile app development, custom software, CRM, e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO and AI solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Build relationships with business owners, decision-makers and companies.
- Identify and approach agencies and companies for long-term business partnerships and collaborations.
- Handle client objections, negotiations and commercial discussions professionally.




- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and deal closing.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals and conversions.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Sales or IT Business Development.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Confident in cold calling and communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience in selling IT services, software, websites, CRM or digital solutions will be preferred.
