About The Role
As a
Senior Solutions Engineer
, you will own the technical support function end-to-end and work closely with customers, product, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and helping build scalable support processes as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the technical support function end-to-end.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-facing technical issues.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to resolve complex customer problems.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Support customers through technical investigations and issue resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving support processes.
- Help build scalable support workflows and documentation.
- Work directly with customers operating in the US time zone.
