Job Summary

College Guru is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Intern to support our team with data entry, student registration, documentation, and admission-related activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing student information, maintaining records, and supporting daily back-office operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Enter and update student data accurately in company systems.
- Assist with student registration and application processes.
- Support students with choice filling and related documentation.
- Verify, organize, and maintain student documents and information.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel.
- Support documentation and back-office activities.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for data verification and corrections.




- Maintain confidentiality of student and company information.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately within deadlines.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and students can apply.
- Candidates who have completed courses in Data Analytics, Office Administration, Data Entry, or related fields can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
