Work Experience
- 18+ years of experience in software engineering/program management, with significant experience in the Semiconductor Equipment domain.
- Proven experience in setting up and scaling Offshore Development Centers (ODCs).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment software, factory automation, and manufacturing workflows.
- Experience with SECS/GEM, GEM300 (E30, E37, E39, E40, E84, E87, E90, etc.), equipment integration, and factory automation.
- Experience managing multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and program governance.
- Robust leadership with the ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.

Preferred Technical Skills
- Java, C#, C++, Python,



or similar technologies.
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), DevOps, CI/CD.
- SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Kafka, REST APIs, gRPC, microservices.
- Experience with equipment communication protocols and industrial automation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are desirable.
