Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SMS Gateway & eFax Administrator to manage and support enterprise SMS and electronic fax communication platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for platform administration, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, API integrations, incident management, and coordination with telecom carriers and third-party vendors.

The role involves supporting business-critical communication services including OTP, notifications, customer communications,

conversational messaging, campaign messaging, and eFax services.

Key Responsibilities:

SMS Gateway Administration
- Administer and support enterprise SMS Gateway platforms.
- Configure and manage Sender IDs, short codes, long codes, SMS routing, and throughput.
- Support OTP, notification, campaign, and conversational messaging.
- Monitor SMS delivery, platform health, performance, and availability.
- Troubleshoot SMS delivery failures, delays,



latency, and carrier filtering issues.
- Analyze SMS delivery reports, logs, and API responses.
- Support REST API and webhook integrations with enterprise applications.
- Support integration with Genesys Cloud and other business applications.
- Manage API keys, authentication, authorization, IP allowlisting, and other security controls.
- Coordinate with telecom carriers and SMS service providers for issue resolution.

eFax Administration
- Administer inbound and outbound eFax services.
- Provision and manage fax numbers.
- Configure fax routing and delivery workflows.
- Manage fax mailboxes and application integrations.
- Troubleshoot fax transmission and delivery issues.
- Monitor fax services and resolve service-impacting incidents.
- Maintain retention, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with third-party eFax providers.
