Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Support Engineer to provide technical support, administration, and maintenance for SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting SharePoint-related issues, managing permissions, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of the SharePoint platform.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments.Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues related to sites, permissions, workflows, lists, libraries, and search functionality.Manage user access, security groups, and permission settings.Support SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and patch management activities.Monitor SharePoint health, performance, and availability.Work with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to understand and resolve issues.Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.Support backup, restore,



and disaster recovery activities.Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies.

Skill Requirements

Robust experience in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.Experience with SharePoint site collections, document libraries, and permissions.Understanding of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Other Requirements

Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.).Understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.Microsoft Certifications related to SharePoint/Microsoft 365.
