We are looking for an experienced Bank Guarantee Specialist to manage Demand Guarantee processes for corporate clients. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, managing operational and legal risks, and acting as a subject matter expert for all matters related to Bank Guarantees. This position plays a key role in supporting internal stakeholders and external clients in guarantee issuance and administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage Bank Guarantee processes for corporate clients.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Demand Guarantees.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Oversee risk management activities related to guarantees.
- Handle complex customer queries and act as an escalation point.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
- Develop policies and procedures for guarantee issuance and management.
- Mentor junior team members on Demand Guarantee products and best practices.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external vendors.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Bank Guarantee operations, especially Demand Guarantees.
- Solid understanding of legal, risk, and compliance frameworks related to guarantees.
- Proven ability to manage complex operational processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field.
