Experience managing multiple branches and large sales teams

Branch Exposure:
Candidates who have managed
7+ branches
preferred

Qualification:
Graduation mandatory; MBA/PG preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple Area/Sales Managers

• Drive regional business targets and revenue growth

• Manage branch performance, persistency and current business

• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams





• Improve productivity and business quality

• Drive protection business and minimize mis-selling

• Conduct regular performance reviews and business planning

• Manage large, geographically spread teams

Ideal Profile:
Senior Life Insurance Agency professionals with strong regional leadership, branch management and team-building experience, preferably with exposure to the J&K; market.
