About the Role

Industrial IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (IITSOL) is expanding into Industrial Digital Solutions with the launch of
PlantIQ – Smart Industrial Intelligence Platform
, built in collaboration with InstaData.

We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
who is energetic, confident, and eager to build a career in
Digital Solutions, Industrial Automation Sales, and Industry 4.0 technologies
.

This is an excellent prospect for a fresh graduate to learn
industrial sales, product demos, digital marketing, customer engagement, and technical coordination
under expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify new potential customers through LinkedIn, industry databases, and field research.




- Generate leads for PlantIQ and other digital solutions in sectors like Power, Sugar, Cement, Water, Solar, etc.
- Maintain and update lead lists, CRM entries, and follow-up trackers.

2. Customer Engagement & Communication
- Make introductory calls, emails, and online messages to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and technical discussions with senior BD and technical teams.
- Represent IITSOL professionally during customer visits and online meetings.

3. Product Demonstration Support
- Understand PlantIQ features, dashboards, protocols, and use cases (training will be provided).
- Assist in live product demos and prepare demo scripts.
- Support customers during trial or PoC (Proof of Concept) stages through coordination.

4. Proposal & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Draft and maintain meeting notes, MOMs, timelines, and follow-up plans.
