Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Lead for the expediting team with proven expertise in vendor expediting, material follow-up, and coordination with various stake-holders in the entire supply chain and the users/ project management team for EPC projects in the Renewable industry. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in monitoring manufacturing progress and expediting delivery of critical equipment including rotary, static, electrical & C&I;, and Balance of System (BOS) packages. The role requires proactive tracking, risk identification, and close coordination with vendors and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery in line with project schedules and contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and expedite pre-order and post order activities to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials as per project schedules.
- Follow up with vendors on manufacturing progress for equipment and packages such as:
- Solar Panels, Power and inverter duty transformers, GIS
- Inverters, MMS, SCB, SCADA, Power Transformer, Tracker, Inverters, RMU,



AC/DC Cables, Transmission Line and PSS/GSS, UPS & complete Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & C&I;
- BOS (Balance of System) packages including utility systems, Trackers and Fasteners.
- Review and track vendor schedules, progress reports, and key milestone plans.
- Have knowledge on and identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks; develop and drive mitigation and recovery plans.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, QA/QC, inspection teams, and logistics for seamless execution.
- Ensure timely submission, review, and approval of vendor documents, drawings, and manufacturing data.
- Liaise with vendors regarding raw material availability, production status, and dispatch readiness.
- Coordinate inspection activities, including scheduling of shop inspections and FAT.
