Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain endpoint security solutions using Citrix, Nexthink, and other relevant technologies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., SIEM) to identify trends and patterns indicative of potential cyber threats.
- Develop and execute incident response plans to mitigate the impact of security breaches or incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies, procedures, and training programs related to endpoint security.

Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in analytics, cyber security, endpoint security, and IT infrastructure management.
- Solid understanding of Citrix products such as Citrix Endpoint Management Suite (CEMS).
- Experience working with Nexthink platform for managing remote desktops and applications.
- Proven track record in developing effective incident response plans.
