We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive Fresher Procurement Engineer to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering requirements and commercial purchasing. You will be responsible for sourcing technical materials, evaluating vendor quotations, assisting in commercial negotiations, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. This is an excellent entry-level chance for an engineering graduate looking to build a career in global sourcing, supply chain management, and technical procurement.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sourcing: Review engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and technical specifications to identify matching components, materials, or equipment from vendors.
- RFQs & Quotations: Draft and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to approved suppliers. Collect, compile, and analyze incoming commercial and technical bids.
- Vendor Management: Assist in identifying, onboarding, and evaluating new suppliers and contractors. Maintain an updated database of active vendors.
- Expediting & Tracking:



Follow up closely with suppliers to ensure materials are manufactured, inspected, and shipped according to agreed-upon lead times.
- Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Accounts Payable to resolve any technical or payment discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or Production Engineering.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings, data sheets, and technical blueprints.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to negotiate confidently with vendors and collaborate with internal teams.
- Key Attributes: High integrity, strong negotiation potential, quick learning agility, and a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
