About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Statutory Compliance, and employee-related processes.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in recruitment, HR operations, labour law compliance, employee engagement, and HR documentation, preferably within the Dairy, Food Processing, FMCG, Manufacturing, or similar industry.

The role will work closely with business and functional heads to build a strong workforce, ensure compliance, and establish efficient HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business and manpower requirements.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management,



and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for plant, production, quality, sales, distribution, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions.
- Manage recruitment through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other channels.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare hiring plans.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and attrition.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes from joining to separation.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS/database, personnel files, attendance, leave, and related documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, incentives, and employee-related documentation.
