We are looking for an experienced Epicor Kinetic Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Epicor Kinetic ERP, functional process analysis, configuration, data mapping, and ERP integrations.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, Oracle Fusion/OIC technical teams, and Epicor technical teams to support the integration of engineering data from Oracle Fusion to Epicor Kinetic. The role will involve understanding Epicor business processes, identifying required data elements, preparing functional mapping specifications, supporting integrations, testing, and providing ongoing production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise on Epicor Kinetic ERP and related business processes.
- Analyze and document business requirements for Epicor Kinetic.
- Understand Epicor Kinetic data structures, tables, fields, business objects, and functional relationships.
- Identify Epicor data elements required to receive engineering/product data from Oracle Fusion.
- Work with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
teams to define Fusion-to-Epicor data mappings.
- Prepare functional specifications and data mapping documents for integrations.
- Support development of Epicor Kinetic inbound integrations.
- Work with technical teams on Epicor APIs, REST services, Business Objects, and other integration mechanisms.
- Review integration requirements and validate source-to-target data mapping.
- Support configuration and functional setup within Epicor Kinetic.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment.
- Validate engineering/product data received from Oracle Fusion into Epicor Kinetic.
- Perform data reconciliation and investigate functional/data discrepancies.
- Analyze integration failures and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Support error handling, reprocessing, and data correction activities.
- Provide production support for Epicor Kinetic inbound integrations.
