Key Responsibilities
- Maintain RHEL Server environments and OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Configure and manage RHEL and Kubernetes Cluster in OpenShift setting, optimizing resource utilization and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RHEL applications and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures related to RHEL and OpenShift deployments.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in bringing innovative solutions to the team.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automating application deployment and updates
- Ability to handle L3 operations and escalations
Technical Skills
- Hands on experience on RHEL (Redhat Enterprise Linux).
- Proven experience as an RedHat certified Engineer or similar role,



with a strong track record in managing and troubleshooting RHEL environments.
- Deep understanding of RHEL basics and Openshift architecture including deployment strategies and administration.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, networking, and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Relevant certifications in Redhat are added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Red Hat certification (RHCE) preferred, demonstrating your mastery of Red Hat technologies and solutions.
