Overview

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager (8+ years’ experience) to lead and manage large, cross-functional teams delivering multiple, multi-stream technical projects across the full lifecycle - from estimation, architecture alignment, and planning through execution, tracking, closure, and post-delivery / managed services support.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can independently own program outcomes, manage delivery and managed services teams (including existing production/support assignments), engage directly with client and senior stakeholders, and make technical trade-off decisions alongside engineering teams. Strong technical depth, Agile/Scrum leadership,



vendor/resource management, and governance ownership are essential. AI/ML exposure is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, including estimation, technical planning, architecture review, and scheduling
- Lead and manage large delivery teams as well as managed services / support teams for existing live assignments, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence
- Drive execution tracking includes sprint progress, release milestones, and deliverables, with authority to re-prioritize and re-allocate resources as needed
- Own RAID logs, program dashboards, and executive-level reporting, translating data into decisions and mitigation plans
- Manage cross-team and cross-vendor dependencies, resolving conflicts and escalations without requiring senior escalation
