Manager – LMS Technology & Development

Type: Full time (University Appointment)

Role Overview

The Manager – LMS Technology & Development will be responsible for overseeing the University's Learning Management System (LMS) ecosystem, ensuring smooth operations, continuous enhancement, system integrations, and alignment with institutional requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management, enhancement, and performance of the University's LMS platform.
- Coordinate with external technology partners and vendors for development, support, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Define and monitor LMS requirements, integrations, workflows, and digital learning initiatives.
- Ensure seamless integration of LMS with ERP, HRMS, SSO, and other institutional systems.
- Monitor system performance, security, scalability, user experience, and compliance standards.
- Manage testing, deployments, releases,



documentation, and operational processes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support institutional decision-making.
- Lead and guide the LMS technology team while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Master's/PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Applications or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Node.js, React.js, APIs, Databases, Cloud Platforms, SSO, and System Integrations.
- Experience in project management, vendor coordination, and technology governance is preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
