Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
- Remove impediments and proactively resolve issues impacting team delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
- Track sprint progress using Agile metrics such as Velocity,



Burndown Charts, Cycle Time, and Sprint Predictability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and delivery quality.
- Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team setting.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and manage risks affecting sprint and release commitments.
- Ensure transparency of project status through dashboards and regular stakeholder communication.
- Support release planning, PI Planning (if working in SAFe), and roadmap execution.
- Promote Agile maturity across teams and coach stakeholders on Agile ways of working.
- Work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
