Key Responsibilities :-
- Plan Work: Schedule daily shifts, assign tasks to workers, and ensure production targets are met.
- Ensure Safety: Enforce safety rules and machine guidelines to prevent workplace injuries.
- Control Quality: Check products to make sure they match company and industry standards.
- Lead Teams: Train recent staff, coach workers, and resolve team issues.
- Fix Problems: Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and clear bottlenecks on the floor.
- Report Data: Track daily output metrics and write performance reports for managers.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
