JD:

Enterprise AI & Data (EA&D;) :

1. Self-motivated, collaborative and solid team player

2. Strong structured problem-solving and storytelling skills; ability to generate data-driven insights and executive narratives

3. Willingness to travel (India/global) and work from office at least 3 days per week

4. 7 to 14 years of business consulting or advisory experience, with proven delivery of strategy and transformation engagements in AI, Automation, and Data
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, Conversational AI, Responsible AI and Agentic AI is highly desirable

5. Strong understanding of Lifesciences/Pharma/Manufacturing/Energy & utility /Oil & gas industry value chain at least one functional domain

6. Experience in program management, product management, and stakeholder engagement,



with a track record of managing large-scale transformation programs

7. Familiarity with PMO structures, governance frameworks, and delivery assurance mechanisms

8. Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into AI/Data-driven solutions, including defining AI roadmaps, identifying high-value use cases, building business cases, and driving adoption of enterprise AI platforms (including GenAI and Agentic AI)

9. Experience in bridging business and technical teams to operationalize AI solutions and drive measurable business outcomes in Lifesciences/Pharma/Manufacturing/Energy & utility /Oil & gas
