Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B prospects.
- Identify key decision-makers within target companies.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach and connection campaigns.
- Create personalized LinkedIn messages.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture prospects.
- Manage and maintain the outreach pipeline.
- Generate qualified leads and business conversations.
- Track outreach activities and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate lead and CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, or prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.




- Good understanding of B2B prospect research and decision-maker identification.
- Solid written English and communication skills.
- Ability to create personalized outreach messages.
- Experience with CRM systems and outreach automation tools is preferred.
- Strong research, analytical, and follow-up skills.
- Result-oriented approach with a focus on qualified leads and meetings.
