Job Title: HR Recruiter (Day/Mid Shift)

Location: Ghansoli Navi Mumbai

Shift Timing: Night Shift (11 am to 10pm) any Slot of 9 Hours

Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels

Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs





Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1–2 years of recruitment experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques

Strong organizational and time management skills
