About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Assistant to support the planning, creation, and execution of social media activities for our internal brands.

The ideal candidate should be someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating content, and can turn ideas into engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content for multiple internal companies and brands.
- Develop monthly/weekly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Create and coordinate content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in creating Reels, posts, stories, carousels and short-form videos.
- Research trending content, sounds, hashtags, formats and social media trends.
- Coordinate with the design, video and marketing teams for content creation.
- Write engaging captions and copy aligned with each brand's tone and audience.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.




- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement and growth.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, visual identity and posting schedules.
- Keep up with new social media features, algorithms and content trends.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Reels/video editing is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and stay updated with trends.
- Freshers with a solid interest in social media and a good portfolio are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,023.89 - ₹20,760.04 per month
