Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our Mumbai team, you will:
- Proactively reach out to customers to discuss their policies, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Inform customers about claim rejections, explain the reasons sensitively and professionally,



and guide them through the resolution process.
- Provide accurate information on policies, comply with guidelines, and use scripts effectively to meet customer needs.
