Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Sourcing Manager to develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and referral partners for our real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, site visits, and bookings through external sourcing channels while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new brokers and channel partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Generate qualified leads, site visits, and bookings.
- Regularly communicate project pricing, offers, inventory, and USPs.
- Conduct broker meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and closures.
- Track broker performance, leads, site visits, and bookings.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and broker schemes.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and booking targets.





Candidate Requirements
- Experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales preferred.
- Strong broker and channel partner network.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary based on experience.
- 10,000-20,000 incentive per successful booking, as per experince and fast booking performance
- Additional performance-based incentives for achieving targets.
