Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, and Office 365 for clients.
- Provide technical support to resolve issues related to identity management, email communication, collaboration tools, and IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Teams to improve client's business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, and MS Office applications.
- Experience in managing cloud-based solutions like Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration.
