About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven
Client Acquisition Executive
with a
minimum of 1 year of experience
in business development or B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in independently generating leads, building a sales pipeline, engaging with decision-makers, and successfully converting prospects into long-term clients.

This is an
Individual Contributor (IC)
role where you will own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting and multiple lead generation channels.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline independently without relying solely on company-generated leads.
- Reach out to business owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals,



and other prospecting methods.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the strategy team.
- Conduct sales presentations, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating with internal teams during project initiation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
