- As a key member of our Associate Success team, driving the HR transformation, you will play a pivotal role in creating real value through automation, optimization, and smarter ways of working thereby enhancing employee experience and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
- Understand business requirements and lead end-to-end digital transformation for the Associate Success function to drive operational excellence and deliver a world-class associate experience.
- Define and own the digital strategy and technology roadmap for Associate Success platforms, in close partnership with IT, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, designing and implementing automation strategies while overseeing the optimization and ongoing enhancement of platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, and AI-enabled chatbots.
- Provide strategic direction on HR tools, technology platforms, and people analytics.




- Ensure global data integrity and accuracy across Associate Success systems by establishing and enforcing data governance standards.
- Own the end-to-end HR technology architecture for Associate Success, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and future-ready across core and adjacent platforms.
- Oversee the testing strategy encompassing unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, automation testing, and release approval processes.
- Own release calendars, change logs, and deployment governance in collaboration with IT and global teams
- Drive strategic vendor partnerships, owning SLAs, technology roadmaps, performance governance, and cost optimization across HR technology platforms and service providers.
