Own and optimise WalletKart's paid acquisition campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram
- Performance Max
- Demand Gen
- Search Ads
- Shopping Ads
- Remarketing campaigns
- Catalog/Dynamic Product Ads

Responsibilities:
- Plan monthly and quarterly paid marketing strategies.
- Manage campaign structures and budgets.
- Identify winning products, audiences, creatives and offers.
- Scale profitable campaigns.
- Continuously test current audiences, creatives, landing pages and offers.
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER and contribution margin.
- Identify reasons for campaign performance fluctuations.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Develop campaign strategies for major occasions and festivals.

2. Revenue & Growth Ownership

The Digital Marketing Manager should not focus only on advertising metrics.

The candidate will be responsible for contributing to overall business growth through:
- Revenue growth

- Conversion Rate

- Broad targeting

- Advantage+ campaigns
- Creative testing
- Audience testing
- Budget scaling
- Retargeting
- Customer list audiences
- Lookalike audiences where relevant
- Pixel/CAPI monitoring
- Event tracking
- Attribution analysis

Develop different advertising angles for:
- Personalised gifts
- Personalised wallets
- Wallet combos
- Birthday gifts
- Anniversary gifts
