Job description:

Must be well versed with Corp2Corp & Contract2Hire positions

Responsible for the full cycle of sales and recruitment.

Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants with vendors or Direct clients

Updating of resumes into different Job portals

Sharing Hot list of consultants in different portals and contacts

Getting the requirements from Tier-1 vendors/Prime vendors

Negotiating with Vendors for appropriate rates

Follow-up with the vendors regarding feedback after the Submissions & interviews

Constant touch with candidates and keeping them informed about the submissions and interviewsRole & responsibilities
